The following items are based on information provided by officials in law enforcement and the criminal justice system.
Kingston
· Possession of a forged instrument: Souvann D. Williams, 24, of New York City, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 9 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 13, and charged with the felony of possession of a forged instrument. Williams was released with a ticket for Kingston City Court. Additional information was unavailable.
· Grand larceny: Zachary T. Wagner, 25, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 11:15 p.m. Monday, Nov. 19, at 251 Abeel St. and charged with the felony of grand larceny. Wagner was released with a ticket for Kingston City Court.
Catskill
· Drugs: Donald J. Mather, 28, of Cairo, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 3:18 p.m. Monday, Nov. 19, on state Route 23 and charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance and with the violation of possession of marijuana. Mather was released with tickets for Catskill Town Court.
Coxsackie
· Drugs: Matthew A. Meier, 37, of Coxsackie, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 2:41 p.m. Monday, Nov. 19, on Spencer Boulevard in the village and charged with misdemeanor driving while ability impaired by drugs and with the violation of possession of a controlled substance in a non-original container. Meier was released with tickets for Coxsackie Village Court.
Greenville
· Endangering: John R. McCullough, 34, of Greenville, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 5:01 p.m. Monday, Nov. 19, and charged with the misdemeanor of endangering the welfare of a child. McCulough’s status was unavailable.
Lloyd
· DWI: John E. Keelyn, 40, of Ellenville, was arrested by Lloyd police Wednesday, Nov. 14, and charged with misdemeanor drunken driving. Keelyn was released with tickets for Lloyd Town Court.
· Drugs: Rachel O. Torres, 36, of Beacon, was arrested by Lloyd police on Tuesday, Nov. 13, and charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance. Torres was sent to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $3,000 bail.
Saugerties
· Endangering/criminal mischief: Donald E. DeGroat Jr., 39, of state Route 212, Saugerties, was arrested by Saugerties police on Monday and charged with the misdemeanors of criminal mischief and endangering the welfare of a child and the violation of harassment. DeGroat was released with tickets for Saugerties Town Court. An order of protection was issued on behalf of the victim and a child.
Town of Ulster
· Drugs: Tiffany C. Augustine, 35, of Kingston, was arrested by town of Ulster police following a traffic stop on Washington Avenue in the town at 7:04 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 17, and charged with two misdemeanor counts of possession of a controlled substance (concentrated cannabis and acetaminophen/oxycodone hydrochloride tablets without a prescription), and with the violation of possession of marijuana. She was also issued a traffic ticket for inadequate brake lights. Augustine was released with tickets for Ulster Town Court.
