Coxsackie

· DWI: Jessica L. Polacek, 29, of Saint Johnsville, was charged Tuesday with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, according to state police at Coxsackie. She was arrested about 8:42 p.m. on U.S. Route 9W and issued an appearance ticket, police said.

Rosendale

·DWI: Ronald E. Madison, 51, of Tillson, was arrested about 7:58 p.m. Tuesday and charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, according to state police at Ulster. Madison was arrested on Maple Avenue in Rosendale, police said. He was issued an appearance ticket, police said.

Town of Kingston

· Grand Larceny: Ivan Serrano, 39, of Kingston, was charged Tuesday with grand larceny and criminal possession of a forged instrument, felonies, according to state police at Ulster. Serrano was arrested about 12:10 p.m. at 1791 state Route 209 in the town of Kingston, police said.

Town of Rochester

· Drugs: Antoine M. Lewis, 26, of Kerhonkson, was arrested about 11:30 p.m. Tuesday at 39 Granite Road and charged with criminal possession of marijuana, a misdemeanor, according to state police at Highland. He was issued an appearance ticket, police said.
