Leonard T. Rosati

Leonard T. Rosati, age 81, of Stratford, beloved husband of the late Gail Gallagher Rosati, passed away on June 16, 2022, in his home. Leonard was born in Bridgeport on August 9, 1940, to the late Leonard and Mary (Roberto) Rosati and had been a lifelong area resident. He retired as the Administrative Coordinator of Radiology at St Vincent’s Hospital. He was a longtime member of the Stratford Exchange Club and coached many years in the Sterling House Youth Baseball League. He was also a member of the St Joseph’s High School Football Touchdown Club. Survivors include his devoted children, Janice LeBlanc of Stratford, and Christopher Rosati and his wife Mary of Long Island; 6 cherished grandchildren, Larry Pellegrino III, Danielle and Juliana LeBlanc, Shannon, Christopher, and Mia Rosati; 2 adored greatgranddaughters, Adriana, and Brielle; a sister, Marie Pellegrino and her husband Larry and several nieces and nephews; his longtime special companion, Lois Bernier. In addition to his beloved wife and parents, Leonard was predeceased by his son, Leonard “Buddy” Rosati and son-in-law, Dale LeBlanc.

Friends and family may visit on Wednesday, June 22nd from 4-7 p.m. in the Adzima Funeral Home, 50 Paradise Green Place, Stratford. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, June 23rd at 11:30 a.m. meeting directly at St. Mark Church, 500 Wigwam Lane, Stratford. Entombment will be in St. Michael’s Cemetery Garden Mausoleum.
