It’s time for paczkis: Where to get your fill
Feb. 12 isn’t just Fat Tuesday — it’s also Paczki Day. (Sometimes also celebrated on Feb. 7, known as Fat Thursday.)
Paczkis are a Polish delicacy and are similar, but not equal to, a jelly- or creamfilled doughnut. Larger than doughnuts, paczkis are rich, decadent treats filled with fresh fruits and all sorts of creme and mousse options, topped with powdered sugar, icing or chocolate.
