LAFAYETTE - Bobbie Jo Loggins Everett age 89, went home to be with The Lord Thursday – August 6, 2020. She was born on October 31, 1930 to the late Glen and Mary Williams Loggins. She was a lifelong resident of Northwest Georgia, where she had resided in Trion and LaFayette. She was a former employee of Walker County School Board where she worked in the cafeteria at LaFayette Middle School. Bobbie Jo was a longtime member of Second Baptist Church, where she served as secretary and choir member for many years. She was always ready to make a cake or casserole for any church function.

Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband: Dewey Carlton Everett, brothers: Harlin Loggins and Lavaughn Loggins.

She survived by her sons: Chris (Celeste) Everett of Coral Springs, FL, Jeff (Jan) Everett of Woodstock, GA, brother and sisters-in-law: Donald Loggins of Atlanta, GA, Barbara Loggins, Alice Loggins both of LaFayette, GA, grandchild­ren: Brandon Everett, Cory Everett, Amber Blevins, Tara McElroy, great-grandchild­ren: Graham Everett, Sydney Everett, Carson Everett, Camden Everett, Haley Blevins, Ethan Blevins, several nieces and nephews.

Due to the global pandemic, a private graveside service will be at LaFayette Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please make memorial donations to Second Baptist Church at 500 West Main Street – LaFayette, Georgia 30728.
