Receipts: 1,664, Last Week 978, Last Year 471 Compared to the same sales last week:

Athens: Slaughter cows/ bulls 2.00 to 3.00 higher. Feeder classes over 450 lbs mostly steady. Heifers under 450 lbs sharply higher.

Pulaski: Compared to two weeks ago, slaughter cows 5.00 to 7.00 higher. Slaughter bulls not well establishe­d two weeks ago. Feeder steers 2.00 to 10.00 higher, mostly 5.00 to 10.00 higher. Feeder bulls steady to 5.00 higher. Feeder heifers 2.00 to 4.00 higher.
