Virtual Programs Happening at the
Lincoln Public Library
The Lincoln Public Library has adMusted for social distancing by initiating virtual programming for children. The events include a video announcement launched every Wednesday to inform parents and kids about weekly craft kits available to be picked up.
A different kit is introduced each week and left in the enclosed front lobby of the library for parents to take while supplies last. In addition to crafting, the kids can also now view virtual storytime videos launched each Friday at 11:00 a.m.. This program includes a story read aloud, songs and rhymes to entertain preschool minds.
Activity booklets to match the story theme will also be in the lobby following storytime every Friday. Both programs will run weekly through the summer.
Patrons are asked to visit the library website at www.lincolnlibrary.com as new virtual programs for all ages are soon to be added to the library events calendar.
