Cecile T. Adams
CUMBERLAND — Cecile T. (Belliveau) Adams, 82, of Crossing Dr., died Friday, Jan. 29, at Landmark Medical Center in Woonsocket. She was the wife of the late Alfred R. Silvia and the late William Adams.
Born in Central Falls, she was the daughter of the late Emile and Cecile T. (Bastarache) Belliveau. She lived in New Bedford until the late 1960's, then Plainville and Wrentham prior to moving to Woonsocket in 1975.
Cecile worked in data entry for CVS (Woonsocket) for 15 years, retiring in 1997. Previous to that, she worked at McCarthy's department store in Woonsocket. Cecile enjoyed music, especially Michael Bublé, who has lost his biggest fan. Her laughter will surely be missed.
She is survived by five children; Denis Silvia and his wife Jo-Ann of Harrisville; Jo-Ann Lanoue and her husband Steven of Woonsocket; Susan Silvia of Cumberland; Tania Burke and her husband Walter of Hubbardston, Mass.; and Heather Smith and her husband Jonathon of North Smithfield; 11 grandchildren, Jamey, Kristopher, Joshua, Kacey, Morgan, Corey, Roger, Carly, Jacob, Kelson and Hope, as well as, 14 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her six siblings.
A Funeral Service will be held Wednesday, Feb. 3, at 11 a.m. in the Holt Funeral Home, 510 South Main St., Woonsocket. Burial will be private.
