Heacock, Rambo lead No. 11 Terps over Drexel, 12-8
Colin Heacock (Boys’ Latin) scored his career-high fourth goal with 1:38 left in the game to help secure No. 11 Maryland’s 12-8 victory over host Drexel on Tuesday.
The Terps (2-2) scored four goals in the first, third and fourth quarters. The Dragons (1-4) tied the score at 5 with 7:24 left in the third quarter. Maryland answered with a 3-0 run.
Robert Frazee led Drexel with four goals. Matt Rambo had three goals for the Terps.

NO. 4 YALE 13, ST. JOHN’S 8: Ben Reeves had three goals and four assists to lead the host Bulldogs (4-0) in a come-from-behind victory over the Red Storm (1-5).
Yale trailed 5-1 at the half but outscored St. John’s 12-3 in the second half.
NO. 5 BROWN 20, HOLY CROSS 7: Kylor Bellistri scored a game-high seven goals on nine shots and had three assists to power the Bears (4-0) past the host Crusaders (0-6).
NO. 15 ALBANY 16, MASSACHUSETTS 4: Blaze Riorden made 14 saves and the Great Danes (3-1) shut out the host Minutemen (2-4) in the first half.
Albany opened the first half with an 8-0 run and the second half with a 6-0 run.
NO. 17 VIRGINIA 9, SAINT JOSEPH’S 7: The host Cavaliers (3-3) finished with a 5-1 run in the fourth quarter to beat the Hawks (3-2).
Mike D’Amario and Phil Poquie each scored twice for Virginia.
DELAWARE 6, MANHATTAN 5: Coach Bob Shillinglaw (Severna Park) got his 300th career win as the Blue Hens (2-5) beat the host Jaspers (0-6).
Delaware scored twice over the final 3:21 to win.

NO. 7 NOTRE DAME 19, VIRGINIA TECH10: Rachel Sexton had four goals to lead the visiting Fighting Irish (6-1, 2-1 Atlantic Coast Conference) past the Hokies (4-4, 0-2).
NO. 8 STONY BROOK 13, YALE 7: Dorrien Van Dyke scored a game-high five goals to power the host Seawolves (2-1) past the Bulldogs (2-4).
NO. 13 NORTHWESTERN 17, MARQUETTE 11: Corinne Wessels scored a game-high four goals, and the host Wildcats (2-3) ended a three-game losing streak. The Golden Eagles fell to 2-5. NO. 19 PENN 12, SAINT JOSEPH’S 6: Nina Corcoran had two goals and five assists to power the Quakers (4-1) past the host Hawks (1-4).
