Marsha Ann (Richardson) Adams, 70, of Russellvil­le, Ark., died April 28, 2024, at her home with her loving family at her bedside. Following a private family committal service in the Chapel of Light, cremation arrangemen­ts were provided by the J. Herman Humphrey Dignity Cremation Center under the direction of Humphrey Funeral Service. A memorial service will be held at Trinity Episcopal Church in Pine Bluff at a later date. Inurnment will follow at Trinity Episcopal Columbariu­m.

Marsha was born on April 28, 1954, in Birmingham, Ala., to Willis E. and Ann (Marshall) Richardson who preceded her in death. She is survived by her son, Ryan Adams, of Lamar, Ark.; a stepson, Jason Adams of Conway; four grandchild­ren; one great-grandchild; a brother, Michael Richardson (Mary) of Jacksonvil­le; and a host of close friends.

Marsha attended Watson Chapel and graduated from Jefferson Academy in Pine Bluff, where she on to complete college studies at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock (UALR). She was an active member in all the communitie­s in which she lived. She was an Alderman in Cammack Village, Arkansas, and also served as a volunteer firefighte­r and auxiliary police officer. In past years, she was an active member in St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church in Jacksonvil­le. She was person who enjoyed everything from fishing & hunting to forging nature. She worked as a title abstractor until her retirement.
