He was predecease­d by his loving wife, Pam, and his son, D’Wayne Adams. He is survived by his six children, Diane Holt, Darrell Adams, Annette Watson, Lynette Nichols, Shawn Adams and Madison McMillan and three sisters, Doris Cook, Eva Coffman, and Dacie Rau. Bud had 23 grandchild­ren, 20 great-grandchild­ren, and many other family and friends.

––––– ––––– CONWAY — Floella Earnestine Boggs Dobbs, resident of Conway, and former resident of McCrory, passed away on Tuesday, March 3, 2020 at the age of 96. Floella was born in McCrory on July 30, 1923 and was the daughter of Earnest and Annie Glenn Boggs.

Floella was preceded in death by her husband, Pete Dobbs, her parents, Earnest and Annie Boggs, one sister, Jimmie Graves, one brother, LaMonne Boggs, and daughter-in-law, Jane Bobbitt Dobbs. She is survived by her children, Gus Dobbs and wife Debbie of Roland, Glenn Dobbs of Russellvil­le, Nancy Dobbs Best of Jonesboro, Janetta Slayton and husband Jamie of Conway. She is also survived by two sisters, Gwendolyn Dashler and husband Richard, and Lavelle Thomas, nine grandchild­ren, 10 great-grandchild­ren and a host of nieces, nephews and other family.

Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. on Monday, March 9, 2020 at the Thompson-Wilson Funeral Home of McCrory with interment to follow at Fakes Chapel Cemetery. Friends may visit at the funeral home beginning at 12 noon until service time.

––––– ––––– EL DORADO — Robert (Bob) L. Dunn, 72, of El Dorado, passed away March 4, 2020 at Lifetouch Hospice. He was born October 1, 1947 in Conway, Arkansas, the son of the late Dr. Tommy L. Dunn and Opal Elizabeth Dunn.

Surviving are his wife, Donna K. Dunn; his daughters, Kimberly K. Walker and Kristie A. Domangue; sons-in-law, Andy Walker and Gregory Domangue; and two grandchild­ren, Lilliana (Lilly) Domangue and Lincoln Domangue. Also surviving are his siblings: Linda and Ricky Stringfell­ow, Diane McKinney, and Bill and Myra Dunn and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and an uncle.

After a long career in the petroleum industry, he retired from Lion Oil Company. He attended Urbana Church of Christ. His favorite past times were fishing, playing cards, traveling, and duck hunting, with numerous family and friends. He loved spoiling his grandchild­ren the most.

Visitation will be 1 p.m. Saturday March 7 at Benton Funeral Home in Hampton, Arkansas. Graveside service will follow at 2 p.m. at Means Cemetery. He served proudly in the

United States

Army as a Sergeant in the U.S. 1st BN 30th Infantry Regiment 3rd Infantry Division stationed in Schwienfur­t, Germany. He worked for Kroger, Piggly Wiggly and Gober Grocery in Monticello, Arkansas and Colonial Baking of El Dorado for nine years. He worked for 21 years for EZ-Mart, and for 23 years at Sav-A-Stop in Amarillo, Texas. He enjoyed his work so much he would call it his hobby.

He is preceded in death by his siblings Ruby, Helen, Wade Jr., James, and Curt Gober; and brother-in-law Charles Savage. Bill leaves behind the love of his life and beautiful wife of over 60 years, Marilyn (Gunn) Gober; his children Kimberly Gober and Jason Gober (Johnnye); his grandchild­ren Bayley Leanna Gober, Ila Grace Hyams, Brooke Lynne Gober, and Jackson Price Hyams; his siblings Hershel Gober of Palm Coast, Florida and Peggy Savage of Monticello; as well as many extended family and friends.

Visitation will be at Immanuel Baptist Church, 3209 West Hillsboro Street, El Dorado, Arkansas from 11 a.m. until 12 noon on Saturday, March 7, 2020, with funeral services to begin at 12 noon.
