Fifty-five grads in Class of 2019 earn National Merit Scholarshi­ps.

Fifty-five members of Arkansas’ high school graduating Class of 2019 are among 3,500 new graduates to be named winners of National Merit Scholarshi­ps financed by U.S. colleges and universiti­es.

The awards provide between $500 and $2,000 annually for up to four years of undergradu­ate study at the institutio­n financing the scholarshi­p.
