BERRYVILLE — June and Keith Ham will celebrate their 70th wedding anniversary from 2 to 4 p.m. today with a drop-in reception at Berryville United Methodist Church. The couple were married Feb. 4, 1945. She is the former June Alyene Trousch. The couple are retired cattle ranchers. They are the parents of Konnie Sager, Kevin Ham and Kristy Estrem, all of Berryville, and Kathy Quast of Springdale. The couple have eight grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
QUITMAN — Anita and Ronnie Binns of Quitman will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with a European cruise. The couple were married Jan. 30, 1965. She is the former Anita Booles. Both are retired. They are the parents of Scott Binns and Dana Grummer, both of Cabot. The couple have four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
STUTTGART — Margaret Ann and Harry Beck will celebrate their 65th wedding anniversary with family. The couple were married Feb. 5, 1950. She is the former Margaret Ann McCollum. He is a retired farmer. They are the parents of Debbie Newkirk of Stuttgart, Rebeccah Sullivan of Dallas and Cindy Beck of Bozeman, Mont. They have six granddaughters and 14 great-grandchildren.
Earlene and Hubert Smith of Jacksonville have celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary. The couple were married Jan. 27, 1950. She is the former Earlene Walters and he is self-employed. They are the parents of Carol Grooms of North Little Rock and Ted Smith and Gary Smith, both of Hot Springs. The couple have two grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
RUSSELLVILLE — Joyce and the Rev. Johnnie Hopgood will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary at 2 p.m. Feb. 7 at Calvary Assembly of God Church by renewing their vows, followed by a reception. The couple were married Feb. 12, 1965. She is the former Joyce Miller and is semi-retired from J&J Hopgood Painting Etc. He is retired from the company. They are the parents of Johnnie Hopgood Jr. of Russellville and Jeromy Hopgood of Ypsilanti, Mich. The couple have five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Anita and Dr. Joe Daugherty of Jacksonville will celebrate their 50th anniversary on Feb. 7 with family at the American Heart Association’s Heart Ball, where their granddaughter will be presented as a Sweetheart. The couple were married Feb. 1, 1965. She is the former Anita Ward and he is a family practice and emergency medicine physician at Daugherty & Daugherty Medical Clinic. They are the parents of Holly Daugherty Warren and David Daugherty, both of Little Rock. The couple have one grandchild.
Nancy and Henry McPherson of Sherwood have celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary. The couple were married Jan. 30, 1965. She is the former Nancy Proctor. He is retired from McPherson Electric. They are the parents of Slade McPherson of Sheridan and Brady McPherson of Sherwood. The couple have four grandchildren.
