Meanwhile, a snowstorm keeps Karen (Megan Mullally) at the office, where she meets Nikki (guest star Samira Wiley), a woman who works upstairs. The storm also traps Jack (Sean Hayes) in an elevator, causing him to reunite with an old flame, Drew (guest star Ryan Pinkston), which tests Jack’s commitment to a monogamous lifestyle.
