The findings by the reporter appointed on behalf of the Scottish Government supported those of West Lothian Council, and as a result the appeal has been dismissed. The Wellhead Farm development (i.e. the sheep field further along Murieston Road by the Cala development) is still pending decision following appeal by the developers.
