ofnd celebrating caramel for each the judges. Then it’s on to the second challenge, which sees the teams whip up a display of frozen lollipops presented within a delicate sugar sculpture, inspired by a ‘Winter Wonderland’ theme. But given the fact they have just five hours, they might find it difficult to stay cool.
