#STURGEON INTERVIEW

First Minister Nicola Sturgeon gave a robust response on the BBC’S political flagshipsunday with Laura Kuenssberg show

@cumiskey55 said – Whatever one thinks of Nicola Sturgeon’s political stance you have to admit that on camera she’s a class act. A sharp contrast to last week’s performance by the Prime Minister.

@rcynic agreed – The difference between Scotland’s First Minister being interviewed and that of PM Liz Truss is night and day! She is eloquent, credible, articulate, honest and answers the questions put to her! Traits which Liz Truss can only aspire to but will never achieve!

@Paisleygirl74 tweeted – LK: “That’s your opinion”. Nicolasturgeon: “No Laura, that’s a fact”. Go you Nicola.

@Tomjcarlisle wrote – Sturgeon running rings aroud Laura. Would be nice if she was allowed to answer a question without being interrupted or patronised.

@openchatter criticised Kuenssberg – The #bbclaurak show is not working. She talks over anyone who disagrees with the Tory party. Terrible presenter.

@WTWIWF2 added –

Regardless of that you think about Nicola Sturgeon’s policy or ideals, she is undoubtedly a proper, legitimate politician.

@janedward posted – Can we lower the Scottish Border so the north of England can join the referendum? So wish Nicola Sturgeon was our PM.

@Rorybramley added – Nicola Sturgeon has the patience of a saint. Laura never knows when to be quiet and listen

@Derekmackenzie said – Laura's interview technique - "If I don't like your answer I'll shut you up." Well you'll never shut us up and you just got owned by Sturgeon.

@iipostie tweeted – Blimey, Nicola Sturgeon is good eh? It must be nice for Laura to speak with a grown-up now and again?

@debs_reilly agreed – Not a good look. Laura’s constant interruption and talking over the FM when you don’t like the answer. Good job it does not faze the FM.

@Jonstone101 observed – Kuenssberg keeps interrupting Sturgeon to press her for answers she is in the middle of giving. Sturgeon answers a question with a very clear answer then Laura K interrupts to ask the same question again while complaining they are short of time.
