Outstanding new show home unveiled at Chapelton

-

“Our brief was to create a modern country scheme using rustic elements to add warmth and character. The rustic features were inspired by the architecture of the surrounding areas. Most of the scheme is neutral to keep it simple and minimalistic, however touches of colour in each room bring the scheme alive. Fabric textures, such as the tan leather sofas in living room play an important part. This room is actually a personal favourite of mine – the feature logs around the fireplace are very welcoming and create a warm feeling. The final look certainly creates a sense of cosy family living, whilst combining comfort and style.”

Developed in partnership with landowner The Duke of Fife, Chapelton is a place where community comes first, and home starts long before you reach the front door. With open green spaces, local shops, and close-knit neighbourhood squares, it offers enviable country living with everything you could need close at hand. There is a lively tearoom, a beauty and hair salon and the Slate & Grain Brasserie. More retail and offices are planned, and an allotments area will be ready next year.

ZeroC’s next phase at Chapelton includes a collection of 82 traditional homes including a selection of two, three and four bedroom properties with prices starting from £195,000, all with period features and many benefitting from beautiful views across the countryside. Thanks to Places for People’s end to end offer, every kind of tenure, from whollyowned homes to affordable rentals is available.
