Developers have lodged revised plans for holiday homes in Aberfeldy.
The scheme for land near Drumcroy Lodges, which was first approved in 2006, is among the latest planning applications submitted to officials at Perth and Kinross Council last week, which include:
Lamb – Alterations and extension to house at 5 Lochty Park, Lochty, Almondbank, Perth.
Linklater – Change of use and alterations to former agricultural building and house to form holiday accommodation unit and installation of a flue at Keepers House, Riemore, Butterstone, Dunkeld, PH8 0HP.
MacGeoch Family Partnership – Construction of 14 holiday accommodation units and vehicular access (revised site layout, deletion of units 12, 13, and 14 and construction of manager’s accommodation with holiday accommodation unit attached) at land 80 metres to the north east of Drumcroy Lodges, Aberfeldy.
Renaissance Care (Scotland Ltd) – Extension to car park at Beech Manor Care Home, Golf Course Road, Blairgowrie.
Smith – Construction of a holiday accommodation unit, installation of raised decking, steps and associated works at land 60 metres to the south east of Smiddy Cottage Dalnoid, Blacklunans.
Souter – Extension to house at Dundriven, Abernyte, Perth.
Strathmore Motors – Change of use from open space to form extension to vehicle sales area at Strathmore Motors Ltd, Arran Road, Perth.
Tulloch – Formation of vehicular access at 13-15 Perth Road, Scone, Perth.
Turnbull – Change of use from agricultural building to storage (class 6), construction of two storage units and formation of hard standing (in part retrospect) at Fruix Farm, Gairneybridge, Kinross.
Watson – Construction of a triple garage with ancillary accommodation at land 200 metres to the north-east of Coldrochie Farm, Moneydie, Luncarty.
