SHEPHERD APPOINTS HEAD OF ST ANDREWS OFFICE RESIDENTIA­L DEPARTMENT

The St Andrews office of Shepherd Chartered Surveyors has appointed David Marr, Associate Partner, to head up its residentia­l department with immediate effect.

Pittenweem resident Marr brings with him an unrivalled expertise of the local property market to the post.

Having qualified in 2006, he has over 13 years post qualificat­ion experience in the surveying and valuation industry in Fife, with the majority of this time spent carrying out residentia­l valuations in St Andrews and the surroundin­g area.

Commenting on his new role, Marr said: “I am delighted to be given this opportunit­y to take over the running of the St Andrews office and look forward to using my detailed knowledge of St Andrews and the surroundin­g market to drive the business forward.”
