Fundraisera Pawfect day out for all those involved
WHAT an incredible day we had on Sunday at our Family Fun-d-raiser.
Despite the rainy weather everyone still had lots of fun playing games, feeding the farm animals and having their faces painted.
It was lovely to see so many people turn up to support the day.
We raised a total of £466.83 on Sunday, which is amazing and will make a huge difference to our animals.
Our new coffee shop Pawfect Cuppa received glowing reviews from everyone who has visited so far.
If you have not been yet and want to pop in, Pawfect Cuppa is open Monday to Friday 1.00 until 5.30 and Saturday and Sunday noon until 5.00.
It is dog-friendly so no need to leave the fur babies at home when you can bring them along.
Some of you will remember Angel who we mentioned a couple of weeks ago.
One month ago, Angel had an operation to repair her cruciate ligament which she had unfortunately torn.
We are pleased to report Angel is doing very well and she is now able to put weight on her leg.
Her recovery is still ongoing and she still has a lot of rehabilitation to go through but she is taking it all in her stride.
We would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who has donated towards Angel’s surgery.
We have raised a total of £350 so far with our target being £2,500.
Every amount helps and goes directly towards Angel’s surgery. Animals for homes:
Winter, cat number 593, is approximately eight years old and she arrived with us in July 2019.
Winter is a very vocal and curious lady who likes to be independent and who likes to do things on her own terms.
Winter can be unpredictable so she is looking for an experienced forever home.
Cuddles and Nibbles are two degus who have been in our care since May 2019.
They are animal numbers two and three. Cuddles and Nibbles are very curious degus who love to play and run around.
Cuddles and Nibbles can be rehomed as a pair or individually.
