The team behind the show have been bringing their‘show in a week’efforts to Dunblane for over a decade.
However this is the first major outing for the company – who boast around 170 young people, a full orchestra, stunning costumes and plenty of energy.
The show will take place at the Macrobert on Friday, August 10 and Saturday, August 11 – with tickets priced at £12 or £9 concessions. A man who describes himself as Scotland’s premier blind comedian will take to the stage at the Macrobert next month.
Jamie MacDonald will bring his new show to the Stirling venue on Friday, September 7 – with tickets now on-sale.
In the performance, entitled Jamie MacDonald: Blinkered’ he will tackle issues such as gender, technology and disability.
MacDonald, who hails from Glasgow, is a renowned actor, comic and voice over artist.
He has previously had audiences in stitches at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and has become a well-respected figure on the comedy circuit.
He wrote and performed his first stand-up show, ‘That Funny Blind Guy’, in 2013 before returning a year later with ‘That Funny Blind Guy 2’. And audiences are warned that this time around they can expect more sharply-focused, selfdeprecating humour.
