New legal administrator to oversee compliance
AWIDNES charity has welcomed a new company secretary and legal counsel.
David Hedley has joined Community Integrated Care.
He will be responsible for the governance and administration of the organisation, ensuring all corporate, statutory and regulatory compliance requirements are met.
David will also oversee the implementation of executive and trustee decisions and lead the charity’s legal function.
He has joined Community Integrated Care from digital communications group, Join The Dots (Research) Ltd, where he was group legal counsel and company secretary.
In this role he developed the group’s risk and compliance strategies and led on the firm’s international expansion.
David said: “It is a huge honour to be appointed as company secretary for Community Integrated ● Care. I am really proud and excited to be part of an organisation that puts people at the heart of everything it does.
“I look forward to working with our Trustees and senior leaders to ensure the charity continues to deliver the highest standards of care provision.”
Enjoying a successful career spanning three decades, David has worked in a legal and company secretariat capacity for a variety of organisations including Pochin’s PLC and The Emerson Group.
