TERENCE TURNER
MR Terence James Turner, formerly of Holland Avenue, died on Tuesday, November 22, at Abbeycroft Care Home, aged 89.
Husband of the late Martha, he was beloved father of Paul and Jacqueline, and leaves brother Ronnie, sister-in-law Pat, son-in-law Chris, five grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Never more than a thought away.

Joyce worked in the family business at Alderson’s Stores at Whitewell Bottom. She enjoyed travelling and painting as well as being a keen gardener.
Joyce leaves four nephews Anthony, Duncan, Clive and Stephen, her niece Julie and their families.
Prayers at chapel will be held on Tuesday, December 20 at 12.50pm conducted by the minister Chris Cox followed by a service and cremation at Burnley at 1.40pm.
Family flowers welcome, donations are requested to Rossendale Hospice and the Stroke Association.

His last years were spent very happily at Hill View Care Home and thanks go to the staff for the love and care he received.
His funeral will take place on Thursday, December 22 ath a service at St James Street Chapel of Rest at 10am followed by interment at Haslingden Cemetery at 11am.
