Robert Burns has volunteered to help keep everything tidy in the church grounds. Sunday, our Bible Hour will ask the important question: “What really happens when we die?”

In Psalm 6:5, David says that there is “no remembrance” of God in death, making it clear that people do not live on in some form immediately after death. However, other verses from the Bible explain more, offering us a wonderful hope – Job tells us “I know that my redeemer lives, and that he shall stand at the latter day upon the earth” – Job 19:25. This redeemer is Jesus Christ, and the Bible tells us that He will return to Earth and that true believers who have died in faith will be raised to eternal life.

This talk will take place at the Christadelphian Hall, 310 Yorkshire Street, OL16 2EF. Our Bible Class will be at the same venue, at 7.45pm on Tuesday, October 7, and will be about Sodom and Gomorrah.
