Maidenhead: New wing would be used for administration at Lillibrooke Manor
In the public notices this week, Lillibrooke Manor has applied for planning permission to build a new administrative wing.

The Grade II-listed Lillibrooke Manor (pictured) operates as a wedding and conference venue.
There are three listed structures at the site including the 15th-century timber framed manor house, the 18th-century Great Barn and the 17thcentury Manor West side brick garden wall.
It is proposed the new administrative wing abuts The Great Barn extension built in 2017.

Road closures and restrictions
A series of road closures will also kick off next week in and around Maidenhead.
No cars will be allowed to wait on Clivemont Road in Maidenhead from Monday.
This is because of the likelihood of danger to the public caused by defect repairs in the carriageway.
Both sides of the road from its junction with B4447 Cookham Road westward to the western boundary of No 3 Blakeney Court will be affected. The no-waiting order will be in operation from 12.01am on Monday until 11.59pm on Wednesday
A road closure in Littlewick Green in Maidenhead will also begin on Monday.
No cars will be allowed along part of B3024 Littlefield Green from its junction with Paley Street in the westward direction for 123 metres.
The alternative route for vehicles will be via B3024 Littlefield Green, B3024 Hurst Lane, B3024 Broadmoor Road, B3024 Twyford Road, B3024 Waltham Road, Ruscombe Lane, B3024 Ruscombe Road, A3032 London Road, A321 church Street, B3018 Waltham Road, B3018 The Straight
Mile, B3018 Binfield Road, B3018 Twyford Road, B3018 Church Lane, B3018 Tilehurst Lane, B3034 Forest Road, A3095 Maidenhead Road, A330 Ascot Road and
B3024 Paley Street.
This road closure is to facilitate roadworks, namely the relay of a leaking communication pipe. The road will be closed to vehicles from 9.30am on Monday until 4pm on Friday, April 12.
Also closing to traffic on Monday is part of Hills Lane in Cookham.
No cars will be permitted along part of Hills Lane between the boundaries of the “Hills Cottage” property.
The diversion route for vehicles affected will be via Hills Lane, Church Road, Spring Lane, Choke Lane, Winter Hill Road, Hockett Lane, Grubwood Lane, Dean Lane and Hills Lane.
The road closure will facilitate work on another leaking communication pipe.
The road closure will be in operation from 9.30am on Monday until Friday, April 12.
