IT will be next year before Game of Thrones fans get their Westeros fix, and news from the set is doing little to quell the anticipation.

Rumours of a huge battle scene being filmed in Ireland seem to be confirmed by a leaked photo.
The now-deleted instagram post showed a message for cast and crew thanking them for ‘enduring 55 straight nights’ to film something ‘that’s never been done before’.
Season eight can’t come quickly enough.
RETURN TO WESTWORLD
SPEAKING of spoilers, the showrunners for Westworld have announced some drastic measures to protect season two’s major plot twists.
Season one saw fans giving away some crucial reveals. In a bid to stop that from happening when season two airs at the end of this month, Jonathan Nolan and Lisa Joy plan to create a video laying out the plot of the new series, including all the twists the story will take.
They hope it will give certain fans the chance to serve as gatekeepers, protecting the big secrets from the larger fan community.
It’s a bold move, and I really hope it pays off.
Westworld returns on Sky Atlantic on April 22.
