Sam Ward (29) entertained with six boundaries but Offham were all out for 86.
Minster knocked off the runs in just 13.1 overs.
Addington Village lost Cowrdrey by six wickets.
Rob Dooley (62) and Daniel Blakeburn (52) made half-centuries as Addington closed on 190-5.
Harry Grinstead took two wickets but Cowdrey won with 10 balls to spare.
Three players dominated with bat and ball as The Mote beat Linden Park in Division 1.
Matt White took 3-32, Gerry Fatouros 3-25 and Tom Harvey 2-27 as Linden were bowled out for 187.
The trio also delivered in reply, Harvey 72 not out, White hitting 57 and Fatouros an unbeaten 53 in a nine-wicket victory.
The Mote, who remain sixth in Division 1, go to bottom club Whitstable this weekend.
Adrian Samson set up Leeds & Broomfield’s Division 3 win against Harvel.
He took 5-33 while Neil Dibben claimed 4-12 as Harvel were bowled out for 91.
Leeds made hard work of the reply before Dibben (25 not out) saw them home.
