In Division 3, Marden eased to a nine-wicket victory over Otford (65), Jay Quinsell claiming 3-16 and Ben Tomkinson 3-20. Jordan Austin made 92 in Linton Park 2nds’ Division 5 win over Sissinghur­st. Park posted 158-8, followed by 3-37 from Ian Hollingwor­th as the visitors were bowled for 149. Greg Snape made 85 for West Farleigh in Division 6 but they could only reach 187-6 in reply to 231-4 from Locksbotto­m. An opening stand of 78 between Jon Lugg (51) and Nick Burdge (46) helped Marden 2nds (192-6) beat Bearsted 2nds (118) by 74 runs in Division 7.

Linton Park lost a rearranged under-16 Weald of Kent League match against Sissinghur­st. Tobey Castle (2-17) and Ollie Lyon (2-37) were Linton’s best bowlers as their opponents closed 20 overs on 156-6. Castle hit 36 not out but Linton (112-8) were 44 runs adrift.
