Sienna makes a shock discovery!

THE GOBSMACKED MUM GETS HER DAUGHTER BACK…

- Laura Heffernan

New mum Sienna gets a wonderful festive surprise this fortnight, when baby Sophie is delivered to her doorstep!

Poor Sienna has been living every mother’s worst nightmare, thanks to Warren’s cruel and impulsive decision to swipe their newborn daughter from the hospital and take her on the run. However, just when the prospect of a future without her baby girl is starting to sink in, Sienna can’t believe her eyes after she finds Sophie waiting outside the flat…

“Sienna had finally accepted that there was hardly any chance Sophie would come home, but she wasn’t prepared to give up trying,” reveals actress Anna Passey, who plays her. “And then there she is, like magic! Sienna isn’t sure how this has happened, but she has both twins now – and that’s all she wants.”

Sienna has also been lucky enough to have the full support of Warren’s son Joel, who’s been helping her take care of other twin Sebastian, as well as being her rock through her ongoing cancer treatment. But after Sienna learns that Joel has taken her son out for a walk without telling her, she starts to wonder if she can trust him.

“Sienna is very dubious about people, and she starts to worry that Joel has an ulterior motive,” says Anna. “Maybe he’s going to try to take Sebastian away from her!

She becomes really paranoid, and concludes the best option is to trust nobody – so she decides to pack up her kids and leave the village.”

As she plans her escape, Sienna finds an unlikely confidante in Damon’s mum Maggie, who is also undergoing chemotherapy. However, Sienna’s behavior becomes increasingly erratic, and Maggie is beside herself with worry – so she shares her concerns with Joel. The pair mount a search, and find Sienna and the twins in the park… where events take a dangerous turn!

“Poor Sienna thinks they’ve come to take the babies away from her, and she really panics,” sighs Anna. “She’s trying to juggle two kids, which is a lot to cope with on your own. In the melee, she lets go of the pram, and baby Sophie rolls down towards the lake!”

While viewers will have to wait and see whether Sienna will lose the daughter she’s only just got back, it’s safe to assume that this may be yet another desolate Christmas for the unlucky lady. And Anna wouldn’t have it any other way!

“Christmas is my favourite time for Sienna,” she laughs. “Of course she’s always miserable, but she loves Christmas so much that she’ll do whatever she can to make the best of it. Even if she feels sad, she’ll be there wearing her Christmas jumper and trying to have the perfect day.

“As viewers can imagine, it doesn’t go the way she wants,” adds Anna. “Prepare for some very fiery scenes as Sienna attempts to negotiate her way through the holiday season…”

“Sienna is miserable, but also loves Christmas!”
