AN EARL Shilton training company has won four major contract from the European Commission’s Erasmus+ division and is on the look out for small business in the area to help grow.
Exponential Training Assessment offer training to managers and small businesses to improve their performances. The new contracts will now see them working with more than 20 partners throughout Europe including the University of Prague, SmartGrowth Croatia and a government regional development agency in Bulgaria.
They will also be hosting partners from across Europe over the next three years, including in October when partners from Croatia, Spain, Green, Bulgaria, Italy and Ireland come together for a project called TeamMate 360. The Team will develop a new On-line 360-degree assessment tool to help improve the performance of people working in virtual or remote places.
John Moore, managing director of Exponential, said: “Our office is in the former HSBC bank in Earl Shilton. I imagine very few people know what goes on behind the old bank’s facade.
“Being part of the global digital world, we might be having online meetings with partners in Budapest, Bucharest or Bordeaux or training managers in Madrid, Milan or Manchester. Not bad for a small business in little old Earl Shilton!”
John added that he also that he always takes the chance to show-off the region, and that the new contract enable local businesses to take part in free training and try out their new businesses tool.
Exponential are on the look out for 10 companies who are committed to growing as part of their Fit4BusinessGrowth coaching programme. In 2017, local companies will be able to use a new pro- ject management app designed especially for small business, all funded through the Erasmus contracts.
He added: “If anyone would like to find out more about how we can help their business to grow, simply give me a call on Hinckley 845071 and I will gladly explain how our Erasmus+ projects can help.”
