Covid testing Glasgow Jobs centre in hunt for recruits

AUNIT which plays a vital role in supporting Covid19 testing across the country is hiring staff. The Lighthouse Laboratory are recruiting staff for a variety of roles to support its various functions.
Operational since April, it is part of a UK- wide network of Covid- 19 Testing Centres hosted by the University of Glasgow at the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Campus.
The roles have appeared on our sister website s1jobs and state: “To support the Government’s commitment to provide test results in 24 hours, we are recruiting various essential roles on fixed term contracts until September 2021 within the Lighthouse Lab.”
Some of the positions include Team Leader, Store Operations Manager, Process Supervisor, and Senior Scientist.

Meanwhile, HM Revenues & Customs is recruiting for its Tax Specialist Programme in Glasgow.
The intensive three- year training programme leads to work as generalist tax professional or specialist in technical or investigative work.
