NEW plans f or a St Andrews care home will be presented at a series of open days starting today.
CAF Properties said it has made 42 substantial changes to its design for a home on Hepburn Gardens that was rejected by Fife Council and a Scottish Government reporter.
These include no new extensions to the White House, which it wants to transform into a 38-bed facility.
