Forfarshire are looking to make it six in a row

- By EXTRA COVER

Forfarshire make a return to Heriot’s where they were beaten in the Scottish Cup quarter-finals two weeks ago.

The Dundee side have been in good form in the league with five victories lifting them up to fifth after a disappointing start to their campaign.

Skipper Umair Mohammed has led from the front with both bat and ball and he will be confident his team can pick up win No 6 against a side who rely heavily on Hayes van der Berg and Marc Watt.

Arbroath should be far too strong for SMRH at Inverlieth although the Lichties will have to be wary of home pro Sanji Pillay.

If his wicket can be picked up cheaply, then Arbroath should pick up full points to continue their charge towards the title.

There is a Fife derby at Gilvenbank where Glenrothes are at home to Falkland who have yet to win a game this season.

Grange have home advantage in an Edinburgh derby against last year’s champions Carlton.

Their bid to retain the title has never taken off after losing a few key players although they still have plenty potential matchwinners and should prove too strong.

The remaining game sees Aberdeenshire travel to a strong Watsonians side who can’t afford any more slip-ups if they want to be in the hunt at the season’s end.

In the Western Premier Division, Prestwick and Ayr lead the way. Prestwick meet Dumfries at Nunholm and Ayr are in Paisley against Ferguslie.

ARBROATH and Forfarshire are on their travels to Edinburgh in tomorrow’s CSL Eastern Premier Division fixtures with Arbroath facing the easier task when they visit SMRH.

?? ?? Matthew Parker has been piling up the runs for Forfarshire and will again be a key player when they visit Heriot’s.
