FORGET Liz Truss or Rishi Sunak, the next Prime Minister should be KSI.

So says his collaborator Tom Grennan who, having just stormed the Top 10 with duet Not Over Yet, reckons KSI’s impressive work ethic should land him the top job running the country one day.

During a chat with the duo Tom told me: “KSI for Prime Minister is what I’m saying, get him to PM I say!

“It would be insane man with your drive, we gotta get you there.”

Surely he could do a better job than Boris (ahem)? But KSI is less convinced: “No, no, no trust me bro I know nothing. You’d be like, ‘This is the worst decision in my life!’”

For now KSI has another type of Prime on his mind – his new sports drink.

Fans are so desperate to get their hands on a bottle of Prime that they’ve started paying hundreds of pounds for them online. “They’ve been going up on the black market for crazy money, but don’t do that, don’t get scammed by these guys, wait and there will be more”, KSI assured me.

As for the new song, both KSI and Tom are aiming for the top because neither of them has had a No1 single. Tom said: “I still feel like the underdog, but I like it.

“I like when people go, ‘Hmm will it happen for him or won’t it?’

“I can’t wait for the day that it does, because I have had moments in my career where I’ve been like, ‘Two fingers up to you.’ “But this feels like that moment where, if a No1 single comes from it, then it will be massive for me.”

KSI agreed: “There’s nothing better than proving people wrong and we’ve worked hard to get here, it’s a great song!”
