Insta tap-ups for illicit sex
LOVE Island’s beauties are being offered “indecent proposals” of up to £100,000 for sex with millionaire businessmen.
The unsuspecting stars who have appeared on the ITV2 dating show have been targeted with messages on social media from exclusive escort agencies.
Cash, prezzies and trips abroad are being used to entice “companions” for men.
TV presenter Tyne-Lexy Clarson, who appeared on the show in 2017, is one of the contestants who has been singled out.
An agency offered her £50,000 for nights in Dubai.
But the deal contained a non-disclosure agreement stating that
“remain confidential”.
She turned them down and warned: “It’s high-end prostitution. It’s just scary to think if they’ve messaged me, they’ve probably sent it to thousands of pretty girls on Instagram.
“It’s a lot of money for some people, it’s life-changing amounts of money.”
Beauty Rosie Williams, who was also on the show in 2017, rejected a £100,000 offer plus clothes and bags.
She added: “You’re warned about trolling, you’re warned that your life will change dramatically, but you’re never warned that you could get bought by men.”
Heather BrunskellEvans of feminist group Object said: “The women who are involved with this will not want to hear the word prostitution. The reality is that they are selling their bodies for money.”
