POP STAR REDKNAPP

HARRY Redknapp could make a secret guest appearance on The Vamps’ next record.

The guys reckon it will be great to get the former football manager’s cockney accent on their album.

Guitarist James McVey, right, bonded with Harry on I’m A Celebrity and bassist Connor Ball told me: “It would be great if Harry can spit some bars or put a verse on something in his accent – that would be awesome.

“But yeah it would be funny to get it as a secret cameo, and let the fans find him, work it out, that would be a great, a great feature.”

They’re all incredibly proud of how James looked after Harry in the jungle, with Connor gushing that “he did us proud”.

Now he’s gone on to get engaged to long-term girlfriend Kirstie Brittain and, according to Connor, James has been very hands-on with planning the big day.

Connor let slip: “He is very organised, and has been looking at venues, and talking about the wedding, so they are getting on with it.”

Although Connor says he’s “very happy” with his girlfriend Lucy Moore he isn’t planning on popping the question yet.

He said: “Not any time soon, James is a few years ahead so he’s got that, for now I’ll just let him get on with it, take some tips, inspiration.”

The Vamps hit the road next month and they’ve teased it will be “a very different tour” as they prepare to debut new music “very very soon”.
