JACQUI’S EYE SPY SHUTOUT

Fly-on-wall show axed

-

JACQUELINE Jossa and Dan Osborne have ditched plans to do a reality show.

The couple were offered a bigmoney deal to do a fly-on-the-wall series focusing on their family life early last year.

Producers were convinced it would be a ratings smash.

It was set to follow former I’m A Celebrity winner Jacqueline at home with Dan and their daughters Mia and Ella.

But the project stalled when Covid struck, and the couple have since decided not to go ahead with it.

Dan told me: “There were talks about us doing a show. Jacqueline was all right with the idea. She was more up for it than me.

“But then lockdown happened and everything fell to crap. So the show didn’t happen.”

Dan is actually relieved it is no longer going ahead because of his first child Teddy. He said: “To be honest, I don’t know what it would be like. I’ve got my son Teddy from a previous relationship.

“So I wouldn’t want to show our life and not include Teddy. It’s probably best just to get on with our lives as privately as we can.” Jacqueline and Dan have had a rocky relationship over the years. But they seem to be stronger than ever these days. Dan said earlier this year: “Any mistakes are in the past now.

“Our chemistry is still strong. I’m not soppy, but I think she is just as amazing as I did when I first met her.” Jacqueline is one the sweetest celebs I have interviewed, so it’s lovely to see her so happy.

And if Dan ever upsets her, I will be writing him a strongly-worded letter on the matter!
