RISING STOCK: Arteta has faith his Gunners squad will improve

MIKEL ARTETA predicts the “natural” order at the Premier League summit will be restored sooner rather than later.

And the good news for Arsenal supporters fretting over their team’s recent dip in form is the Spaniard (below) is sure they will be up there mixing it with the big boys too.

Only two of last season’s top six – Liverpool and Leicester – are among the early pacesetters this time around.

But, the longer the season runs, ns, the more sure Arteta a is that things will return to normal.

The

Arsenal boss, whose side travel to Man United this afternoon, said: “I expect that everything will start to be more natural and more stable.

“The start of the season depends a lot on your fixtures.

“Don’t forget we have already played three times against Liverpool, and against Man City away.

“Everyone has to by play 38 games, home and away. We’ll see where we all are in May.”

Last week’s 1-0 home defeat to Leicester made it three league defeats against top-six rivals already for Arsenal.

However, Arteta is adamant his Gunners will be emerging victorious from such tight clashes once the squad is fully fit and firing properly.

He added: “I’ve prioritised things we had to get right straight away to give us the best possible chanc chance to be com competitive in every g game.

“The g game we lost the other day, in a few mon months we will win it. “Those matches will be better controlled and we’ll be more of a threat.”

And Arteta has been left scratching his head when analysing Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s United.

He said: “I’ve been watching their games and they are really different.

“They can turn any match into a win with the ability they have.”
