Uncle tells of heartbreak over tragic Kayden
who lives around the corner from the Mclaughlins’ home at Columbcille Court in the Bogside, said locals are devastated.
He added: “This is a shocking and tragic incident.
“This is a really close community, a TRIBUTES were paid last night to a teenager killed in a horror car crash.
Hannah Molloy died after a single vehicle collision in Co Tyrone on Saturday morning.
The 18-year-old, from Aghyaran outside Castlederg, was described as “full of life and fun”.
Heartbroken friends took to social media to pay tribute to Hannah, describing her as a “beautiful angel”.
One pal said: “There was never a time when she wasn’t to be seen laughing or smiling.”
Local Sinn Fein councillor Kieran Mcguire added there is a “profound sense of shock and sadness throughout this community”.
The PSNI called on any witnesses to the crash on the Fyfin Road near Castlederg to contact the Collision Investigation Unit on 101. really family orientated area and many of them are in total shock at what has happened to this little boy.
“To have this happen has totally devastated this community.
“My thoughts and prayers go out to the family at this heartbreaking time.” Police were called at 10am and sealed off the scene as investigations began into what caused Kayden’s death.
A spokesman added: “Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the sudden death of a young child in the Bogside area.
“A postmortem will take place to determine the cause of death.”
