SEPTEMBER 17, 2001 Rejoins Met as civilian computer worker in Croydon
APRIL 12, 2003 Transfers to Surrey force as a PC
JANUARY 2004 Accused by fellow officer of grabbing a suspect by the throat, punching him and pushing him into a table, causing it to break
FEBRUARY 18, 2004 Applies for transfer to specialist Territorial Support Group and complaint is later dropped as unsubstantiated
MAY 27, 2005 Member of the public says he saw PC Harwood kneeing a man in the groin and kidney during an arrest. Complaint settled without sanction
JANUARY 2006 Accused of attempting to steal a mobile phone and threatening violence. Alleged to have racially abused a girl of 14 and punched her repeatedly in the back of the neck. No action taken
OCTOBER 17, 2008 Unlawfully accesses police national computer to check up on a motorist who had been in a road accident with his wife
NOVEMBER 2008 AA patrolman complains PC Harwood painfully twisted his handcuffs and shouted at him after his vehicle was stopped on suspicion of speeding
JANUARY 2009 Another officer complains about violent arrest involving PC Harwood
