MEGHAN and Prince Harry will “settle scores” with the publication of a new biography, it has been claimed.

Sources claim the “resentful” Sussexes will provide their version of events in what Palace insiders have described as “the gospel according to Harry and Meghan”.

One said: “Regardless of the truth, it will make headlines worldwide and give a fulsome airing to the Sussexes’ long list of grievances, yet again.”

Extracts from the book are set to be seen for the first time this weekend.

Finding Freedom: Harry, Meghan And The Making Of A Modern Royal Family has been written by Omid Scobie and Carolyn Durand.

The authors have been described as the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s cheerleaders in the past.

But despite this it is understood that Harry, 35, and his 38-year-old wife told staff to meet the authors prior to its release to discuss its contents. Several meetings are claimed to have taken place before Harry and Meghan agreed to add their input.

Rumours of the authorised nature of the book will delight royal fans, eager to find out more about the reasons behind their move from England to the US.

The couple relocated to Angeles with 14-month-old Archie in mid-March.

Many have been left intrigued if the biography will tackle Meghan’s acrimonious split from her father.

Sunday over its publication letter she wrote to him.

The Duchess is set to come face-to-face with her father for the first time in three years if the High Court case goes to trial.

Thomas Markle, 76, claims he only handed over the handwritten letter after five of Meghan’s friends discussed its contents with People magazine in America.

Mr Markle says he wanted to correct falsehoods that had been made about him.

Meanwhile, even before its release the book has already stirred of a up emotions. Sources claimed it will lay bare the “pressure cooker” of resentment the couple reportedly felt as working royals, including alongside the Cambridges, right.

But one pro-Royal source said: “What it’s unlikely to reveal is how it subsequently emerged that Harry and Meghan had been quietly plotting their exit from the Royal Family for at least nine months before they finally announced their decision to quit in January.

“That hurt a lot of people who had bent over backwards to protect them.”
