“Driving back, I’ve never looked in the mirror so much. It was like my life had started again. I got back and I had lamb chops with mashed potatoes peas and gravy, and I can remember eating it. It was food I hadn’t eaten in years, and I enjoyed every bit.
“I can eat what I want, I can do what I want, I can smile when I want, I can be at the front of any photo, smiling. It is Life changing - definitely.”
