Fish and chips

are a weakness of mine—those long Himalayan nights are often spent dreaming of sitting on a sea front, eating them out of newspaper. However, great fish and chips are hard to find and, more often than not, disappoint. Recently, however, I came across some of the best at Rockfish in Brixham, Devon.
