AMERICAN CAR SHOW
Stonham Barns Park, Suffolk – Sunday, September 27, 2020
Even though the weather was miserable, 150 vehicles braved it and turned up with their drivers. The management at Stonham Barns had robust Covid-19 safeguarding sewn up with pre-booking, temperature checks and track and trace in place. There was plenty to do with 21 trade stands at the show and a whole shopping village on the Stonham site. They even had a visit from Lincoln, the American Bald Eagle from the Stonham Owl Centre and Uncle Sam's great-great-grandson. Music was provided by DJ Nadge and band The Rat Pack performing outdoors on a 40ft curtain-sided trailer. The top 10 winners, including Best in Show, were once again chosen by the Knuckle Busters Car Club, ensuring a varied selection of vehicles. Trophies were thoroughly cleaned before being gp placed on a table to be collected by vehicle owners during the winners' parade.
