When asked what she thought about the sales service, Mrs Cohen said: “Tom was very very good.
“He’s very nice and approachable and he explains everything well. “We couldn’t fault him.” Mrs Cohen also praised the job done by Derek and Graeme, the fitters.
She said: “The fitters did an excellent job.
“They arrived on the Wednesday and finished the following Monday and they worked non- stop.
“They did a tremendous job and they cleaned up both during and after the job.
“We’re really, really pleased with the finished product and would definitely recommend the company to others.”
