My absolute favourite is Pol Roti paired with Chicken Curry and Papadum. Pol Roti is a coconut flatbread that captivated my taste buds with its unique texture and the rich flavours of the accompanying chicken curry." with the island's indigenous ingredients, creating a unique and diverse culinary heritage. This amalgamation of flavors and techniques has resulted in a wide array of dishes that cater to different tastes and preferences.
Recently, I had the pleasure of conversing with two passionate food vloggers, Aisha Sidiqqui aka exploringmytalents and Reza Hossein Kiani aka feedkiani, who shared insights into their favourite Sri Lankan dishes.
