MONDAY: Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha chairs a national meeting today to prepare for the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperatio­n (APEC) Leaders’ Meeting and other related meetings via video-conference. Thailand hosts the APEC Leaders’ Meeting in 2022.
