August: Mexicano restaurant introduces a Sunday gourmet brunch buffet with live cooking stations, where classics such as quesadilla­s, grilled meat and seafood, Mexican-styled burgers, roasted rib-eye steak, pork ribs and tacos are prepared to your order. A wide variety of lightbite dishes including prawn cocktail, ceviche, salad and desserts are also on offer. Prices are 1,250 baht net per person including free-flow juices, margaritas and sangria. August-September: Rossini’s Italian restaurant presents a new seasonal set menu by the hotel’s Italian executive chef. Choices of dishes include grilled Hokkaido scallops with almond couscous and yellow tomato dressing; tuna fillet Milanese style with homemade sedani pasta, eggplant, fresh tomato and ricotta cheese; and slow-cooked lamb with caramelise­d onions and Parmesan polenta.
