CONTEMPLATION AND MEDITATION (Bangkok Shambhala Meditation Center, Yogatique Bangkok Bldg, Sukhumvit 23, today, 2.30pm-4pm) Bangkok Shambhala Meditation Center is holding a class of meditation practice and contemplation with a talk and discussion on the topic of Carpe Diem (meaning “seize the day”).
